My name is Shane L Taylor. Fundamentally, I am a communicator of ideas. My experience and training is in life coaching, counselling and pastoring. Which really boils down to helping people manage their thinking.
I have spent most of adult life researching and contemplating the ideas and thinking that impact our individual well-being. It has been my own quest for balance, love and true prosperity along with a desire to help others that has created SLT Well-Being.
The development of individual well-being affects the collective well-being of the planet. We all have a responsibility to create a better world for future generations. That is achieved by each individual attaining higher levels of personal well-being. By evolving our thinking, we evolve our decisions, actions and behaviour. Which creates a new environment internally for yourself and has an impact externally for the people around you. When enough people do this the world evolves for the better.
I offer a range of services including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and workshops. These services are designed to help clients overcome obstacles, improve their mindset, and achieve their well-being goals.
